    1. milk 2. baby wipes 3. Most of all - spare clothes for kids and for MOMS too! I've learned my lesson well, kids can be messy most of the times so I always bring extra shirt for myself. Kids can either throw up or spill something on you or you end up very messy yourself after cleaning them up.

Each time I pack my diaper bag, I always keep in mind that I should be ready for anything and everything. So along with diapers, baby wipes are a must-have in my diaper bag. Of course I shouldn't forget milk and snacks. Kids are always hungry. I need to bring extra goodies for my 2 hyperactive boys. Accidents happen.. you wouldn't know if kids will spill or spit-up so I see to it that I pack at least 2 spare set of clothes for each of my boys and also for me! Eversince I had kids, I rarely bring my own bag. I just put my cellphone and wallet in their diaper bag so a Chubby Cheeks diaper bag would be a perfect bag for me :)

Honestly, i already had a bebe chic bag. my daughter got it last year as a pre christmas gift from my cousin, she got it thru online shopping. Unfortunately, to my very dismay I lost it when a baggage counter attendant mistakenly gave it to someone else. I wish i could tell the supermarket's name here:( I used to stuffed it, aside from diapers and milk, with insect repellant, baby powder and her 14 inches doll. I loved that bag, it's easy too clean and it never get lost in shape. I need to bring the much loved bulky doll all along, it fits right inside the bebe chic bag for it was very spacious. I am hoping to have a new one. It's kinda pricey for me.Sad to say that i can't afford to buy a new one right now.

I believe that preparedness is the key when leaving the house with a baby. Knowing what to pack can make your trip less daunting and eventually the diaper bag will become less full as the child gets older. Ok, so here are the items I consider "must haves" for my baby diaper bag. A pad to lay on the changing tables of public bathrooms, this makes diaper change more comfortable and sanitary as well. A Hand Sanitizer is really a handy after changing a dirty diaper, sometimes there is no water source around so a hand sanitizer works in a pinch to avoid spreading germs to my baby. And atleast an extra outfit because sometimes diapers leak and make a real mess and I don't want my baby walking around in wet or soiled clothing.

I have a 1 year old baby boy. And since he was born, we really travel a lot with his dad. And I really make sure that all his necessities are with us every time we go. Its hard to mention or choose only three essential things that we put on his carry-over bag. Because even his small pillow, we bring with us and put inside the bag. Because I want to make sure that when he falls asleep, he still comfortable. But feeding bottles (w/milk), baby wipes, and extra clothes are the top 3 most important to us. I believe that mommies like me should always prepares all our babies "must-have" especially during travel time. And a good diaper bag can really helps us with all the packing requirements because it gives enough space for our babies necessities. Aside from the fact, that it will not clutter inside our regular/normal bag.

  • mommykay says ( Feb 02, 2010 - 08:44 )
3 top on my list when going out are 1.MUNCHERS - Atleast 3 filled feeding bottles and milk dispensers plus cookies for some munching or a "martial law" will surely rise without it., 2.CLEANER - Towelettes, alcohol and wipes to clean him after munching., 3. extra pair of cloths to make him decent after munching episode :) obvously he loves to eat. Those are just a must but we usually go out with his cabinet on our back just to make sure.

As a new mom of a three-month old baby girl, I always make it to a point that I carry all the things she'll need whenever we travel. The three essential things that I never forget to bring are as follow: her feeding bottles, clean clothes and the changing mat including the wipes. Other diaper bags, like what I have now, don't have a separate compartment for the changing mat so i think it will be best if I'll be fortunate enough to have a Chubby Cheek diaper bag so I will have a worry-free travel with my little girl. Her things will surely be properly arranged, not mixed with the other stuffs inside the bag.

It's always a must have in my child's diaper bag that should always carry especially me that I have a super "kulit" baby boy are: 1. feeding bottles/milk - because he is super "takaw" just like me... hehehe... 2. baby wipes - because for sure he will get dirty and lastly some extra clothes. And if ever I get a chance to win one of the "Chubby Cheeks" diaper bag, I can be able to put all my child's essential needs.

I like being on the go and "traveling light" with baby when I can. Having been blessed with an ample supply of breastmilk with my first two sons and now with another addition to our family (it's a boy again!), I'm thankful that I really don't have to lug around bottles & milk containers when having to go somewhere with baby. Still, a diaper bag will always be a "mom with baby"'s essential. Aside from must have diapers, I always make sure that there's always baby wipes/wet towels (one of man's greatest inventions I think aside from disposable diapers!), a changing mat, and a lampin or burp cloth. So light, so easy being on the go!

our diaper bag is usually packed with so many baby stuff (sabi nga ni lola, kelangan pang girl scout, laging handa) but to boil it down to the 3 most essential things... then it would have to be the milk bottle, extra baby clothes & baby wipes.

Going out with kids is like packing a luggage, that's how my husband describes me. Aside from diaper (and baby wipes that goes along with every diaper change and sometimes used to sanitize hands :-) ), the three top essential things that I bring along are [1] milk and water (for the always hungry baby hehehe) [2] two sets of clothes (that includes short, shirt and towel because I make sure that we come out of the house clean and we return home clean *wink*) and last but not the least, [3] powder and cologne (to give comfort and fresh feeling during our bonding moments).

Whenever it's time to take our 16 month old daughter Elyana to go pasyal, there's so much stuff we have bring in her diaper bag! first, bibs to wipe her mouth and keep her shirt clean. Second, 2 sets of shirt and pants (you never know what baby might do!). Third, my nursing bib so i can breastfeed anywhere, anytime.

  • Maqui says ( Feb 07, 2010 - 08:14 )
We hardly take our 3 month old baby out. I am still scared of AH1N1. Hehe. Hey, better safe than sick, right? And when we take him out it's only for pedia visits which is a few minutes drive a away from our house and only take 1-2 hours max. Preparing in advance is essential for me because I don't want to bring a lot of stuff. The baby itself is sooo heavy so we try to keep the diaper bag as light as perfect-motherly possible. Pedia visits are always scheduled in the afternoon because the little kiddo always poops in the morning. We go to the pedia right after feeding so we don't need to bring feeding paraphernalia nor a lot of clothes. We dont even bring a stroller because we prefer to carry our baby using our sling or carrier. We also dont bring toys because we use our hands to entertain the little one. We try to make figures using our hands. Our baby's favorite: flying bird, barking doggie and swimming jellyfish! Things we bring: 1, baby book with baby's health card (of course!) 2. Pre-cut panty liners (a cheaper alternative to breast pads) 3. scented plastic bags for soiled nappies ( got this from Uk. hope such product will be locally available)

Whether my baby and I will go for medical check-up, go to the mall, church or just stop by the nearby grocery even for a short time away from home, I would always bring along her diaper bag and essential things with us. Moms should always be prepared for milk/snack time, clothing/ diaper change and during crying bouts you will surely dig inside the diaper bag for a toy or something you brought along to pacify your baby. Aside from diapers, the 3 essential must items in our bag are milk with her biscuits, extra clothes and toys.

It's hard not to put a lot of stuff in the diaper bag. As a Mom, I always worry that I might not have enough. I used to pack so much that my hubby started complaining on the load. After a while, I learned to pack only the essentials. Now my diaper bag contains only food and drinks for my tot, nappy and clothes change stuff (diaper, diaper cream, wipes and extra shirt) and some random toy for when he gets bored.

Since we normally bring a different bag for baby's milk and bottles, the things we never forget in the diaper bag are extra baby clothes, bibs and wipes. We also never forget a couple of plastic bags for used/stained clothing. Don't want to mix the dirty ones from the unused ones.

  • jsdipad says ( Feb 08, 2010 - 11:40 )
as a mother, i want to make sure that my baby will always be ready & comfortable no matter where we go. so no matter how heavy the load, i make sure that i have these essentials in our baby bag: 1st, i always bring along her diaper rash cream. i always see to it that i (constantly) apply diaper rash cream after every nappy change to prevent rashes. 2nd, i bring about 3 bottles of milk. i just want to make sure that even during unforseen circumstances, she will not go hungry. 3rd, i bring a couple of changing outfits (dress & even pjs) so in case she messes up her outfit, we'll have fresh & clean clothes to wear. i don't want to see my baby dirty or messy.

But those are just the necessities; I still bring water, snacks, alcohol, pamaypay (!), booboo creams, etc. So the 3 things you guys are asking for is kulang hehehe.

I have an 8 yr old daughter & we always go to her grandparent's house where we bring her stroller and diaper bag. The 3 essential things that I ensure to carry aside from diapers are 1. Baby wipes 2. Feeding bottles with milk & 3. Extra clothes for emergencies like milk spill or when she becomes sweaty because of her active nature. When I have these inside the bag, her lolo can just pick up the bag and push her stroller on the way to their house, which is just nearby ours, where I follow with other things that my baby may need.

Beside from taking his candid moments that is what i also used to remind my baby how our relatives looks like :)My top 2 in my list is a very good BOOK so if we got bored we always have something to read in the park or just simply waiting for his pediatrician. My top 3 is every moms best-friend BABY WIPES besides for a nappy change i also used it to clean the high chair in a fast food resto and the changing table. Luckily i am a breastfeeding Mom so i don't have to bring Milk :) :) :)

Being a first time mom with a 9-month old baby boy, the 3 most important things that I should have with me, when me and my baby teejae goes out are; number one, his milk, together with distilled water and feeding bottles. Secondly, extra clothes and small towels, i really need it, because my baby sweats heavily like his dad. And lastly, his cleaning paraphernalias (baby wipes, baby powder, alcohol) for the messy times. We could never leave the house without these things. So, the night before the big day, I already prepared those things before going to sleep...

Good thing I saw you're promo. I make it a point to bring three important things i keep in my diaper bag every time we go out such as: milk & feeding bottles (of course to feed my baby every time she's hungry), extra clothes (i have to change her clothes every now and then if she's already messy or "pinagpawisan") and alcohol/ sanitizer (to keep myself and other people sanitized whenever they touch my baby). Thanks Chubby cheeks and Smart Parenting. Keep it up!
