The Idea: I’ve been browsing through online stores for quite some time and I saw that they offer good products. I wanted to have my own online store that sells clothes for kids, so I created a site and registered to some online stores such us Sulit.com and Ayos.ph. I chose the name “Pick Your Pick” because it easily catches your attention and it’s easy to remember.
Why It’s Unique: Most of the products I have are from my aunt’s kids, which they don’t use. As a practical mom, I’d rather sell them with my aunt’s consent, than just stock them in cabinets. It gives me additional income and allows me to help my aunt dispatch her kids’ clothes. Some of them are brand new while some are pre-owned but still in very good condition. Most of the clothes are on sale and cheaper than what you would find in the market.
Advice for Aspiring Mompreneurs: You can do any business you want as long as it will help you to have additional income, it’s legal, and you don’t deceive your buyers. As long as you have proper time management, you can balance everything.
