Ingredients:

  • 4 medium carrots
  • 1/2 head cauliflower, small
  • 1 cucumber
  • Honey or simple syrup, to taste

 

Preparation:

  • Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Cut into sections.
  • Juice the carrots, with the skin on, and cauliflower separately. Set aside.
  • Peel and juice the cucumber.
  • Combine all of the juices. You may also add honey, or simple syrup, to taste.

 

For simple syrup preparation: 1:1 ratio, water and sugar.
