Wife to Andy Bautista and mother of four boys: Xavier, Mateo, Alvaro and Jacobo, Tisha C. Bautista is also the Managing Director of the ISDANCO foundation. This non‑profit institution is dedicated to alternative education, values formation, and the appreciation of Filipino Culture. It has instituted the Center for Aesthetic Studies --- a TESDA-registered vocational school focusing on Cosmetology, as well as the up and coming Center for Livelihood Studies --- a center dedicated to domestic training and home management. She has conducted numerous seminars on household skills for various private families, institutions, foundations and government agencies. She has been the consultant for several livelihood programs as well as seminars for brides-to-be, housewives who would like to run their homes more efficiently and families who require updated organizational systems and training for their staff. On September 29, 2009, Tisha founded the Angel Brigade --- the volunteer arm of the ISDANCO Foundation. Anonymous by choice, this group was created in answer to the call of calamity victims and it continues to work actively for their recovery. Growing from 20 volunteers to 1,000, this group of varied individuals united for the simple purpose of helping our fellow Filipinos recover and rebuild both their lives and their dignity. Tisha has chosen to focus on industries where she feels she can make the most difference. They are labor-intensive sectors, often overlooked, but of great potential. She is committed to the value of the Dignity of Work and the priceless gift of Self‑Worth.
