Angela Colet

Angela Colet owns Swell Sweets and bakes yummy cookies, cup cakes, cakes and other desserts for all kinds of occasions. She contributes to SP's Party Channel and Food Talk Celebrations sections.

Gel Colet spent years in TV production but her heart belonged to baking--cupcakes, cookies, cake, anything dessert-related. She invested in her training for ten years, taking up short courses under Heny Sison in the 90s, and studying in the International School for Culinary Arts and Hotel Management (I-SCAHM) under famed baker, Ernie Babaran. In 2008, she went all-out and went full time into her business, Sweel Sweets . She now happily bakes desserts for all occasions and has included lollipops and truffles in her repertoire.
