Know Your Child shares practical wisdom to parents and caregivers, helping them understand the nature of children 0-12 years old and enabling them to deal with day to day issues with ease and joy. During this two hour interactive workshop, small things that adults tend to overlook that may have a deep impact on children are brought to light. Conducted all over the world, Know Your Child also gives simple tips on how parents can help their children enhance creativity, improve focus and concentration, be independent and responsible, communicate better, feel more free and natural, and respond to stress in an emotionally healthy way.

KNOW YOUR CHILD is taught by Alka C. Mehta, an international teacher of the Art of Living Know Your Child workshop.  This dynamic mother of 2 is also a documentarian & film maker who has traveled to numerous countries around the world personally presenting her films which have been well received in film festivals in the USA, Berlin, Italy & Cannes.
