This June, SmartParenting.com.ph is looking for four (4) hot dads to win a Gold’s Gym membership good for one month, worth P5,000 each. But that’s not all they get.

SmartParenting.com.ph is coming up with a downloadable calendar that will feature these four hot dads. That means the winners get to star in their very own photo shoot!

Hot Dads Promo Mechanics

1.    Dads or the wives/ partners of the dads just need to make sure that they’re registered members of SmartParenting.com.ph. Click here  to sign up for full membership for FREE. As a SmartParenting.com.ph member, you can access the SP Forum populated by thousands of moms (and dads!), make your own SP Mag Cover  and have your very own baby brag book.  

2.    Upload the dad’s best shot using our SP Baby Book application. Make sure to select the category: Hot Dads.

3.    Make sure to put a caption. The caption should state why the dad is hot. Important Note: The reason should relate to what the dad does to help out in the house and take care of the kids. While it’s important for the dad to be physically cute, we value their role as Daddy even more. Note that wives or partners are free to endorse the dad.

4.    Number of votes from SP Members will increase the dad’s chances of winning.

5.    You can submit as many entries as you like up to June 30, 2010.

6.    The SP team will select the four dads based on:
a)    physical hotness factor
b)    number of votes received up to June 30, 2010
c)    uniqueness and creativity of the caption.
7.    The SP Team will be contacting and meeting finalists between July 5 to 7.

Winners will be selected on July 8, 2010 and will be informed on the same day. There will be a separate schedule to be arranged for the photo shoot of the winners.

Claiming of Prizes   

1.    Winners may only win once during the entire promo. This is to give others a chance of winning as well.
2.    Summit Media employees are not qualified to win.
3.    Winners will be informed through any of the following: e-mail, SMS or phone call. Winners will have two weeks to claim their prize from the time of the announcement.  
4.    If prizes are left unclaimed two weeks after July 8, winners forfeit their right to the claim their prize and prize ownership reverts back to Summit Media. SmartParenting.com.ph reserves the right to transfer the prize to a runner-up.
5.    Winners will also be posted on our website and e-newsletter. Prizes can be claimed at the 7F Robinsons Cybergate Center Tower 3, Robinsons Pioneer Complex Pioneer St., Mandaluyong City, 1550. Winners need to bring at least one valid ID.
6.    In cases where the winner cannot claim the prize himself, an original copy of a duly signed authorization letter indicating name of representative, and an original ID of the winner (photocopy not allowed) should be presented. Representative of winner should bring at least one valid ID to claim the prize.
7.    Winners residing outside Metro Manila who cannot claim their prize in person can send an authorized representative (see item no. 6) to claim on their behalf.

Claiming of prizes is done on Fridays between 10:00 am until 6:00 pm, unless specified in the notification e-mail or text.
