By Pixie Sevilla-Santos

Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
• 1 onion, minced
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 500 grams ground beef
• 500 grams canned tuna flakes, drained
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1 to 2 packs ready-made spaghetti sauce
• 500 grams spaghetti (cook according to package directions, set aside)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Oil for frying
Procedure:
1. To make tuna balls, combine breadcrumbs, onions, garlic, parsley, and cheese. Add in beef and tuna. Mix well.
2. Beat eggs and milk together; add to mixture. Knead.
3. Cover mixture with plastic wrap and chill for 10 to 15 minutes. Heat oil in medium-high temperature.
4. Shape mixture into balls. Fry until golden brown; use tongs to turn them over for even cooking. Place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
5. In another pan, heat spaghetti sauce. Add tuna balls; simmer then set tuna balls aside.
6. Toss noodles in spaghetti sauce. Heat for a few minutes.
7. Place spaghetti in a serving platter; top with tuna balls and Parmesan cheese.
8. Serve hot.
