  • With the start of the new school year and the ever-busy work week, let's make the most of this payday weekend with a family bonding activity. So here are a few ideas you can try this July 1 and 2:

    Where to go

Let our your inner kid with the kids, and head to Ball Pit Manila in Makati. Here ball pits are not just for kids, so dive in! The space offers a comfy lounge area so you can chill and relax afterwards. They serve snacks, sweet treats and coffee too.

You and the kids will literally jump for joy at Trampoline Park in Greenfield District Manila. They have a few dozen trampolines stretching from wall to wall, a foam pit, and even basketball hoops if Dad and Kuya want to practice their dunk tricks.

    Where to eat

Do you know why all things Harry Potter are popping up on social media this week? It's the 20th anniversary of the publishing of the first book! Celebrate with the kids and head to The Nook Cafe, a Harry Potter-themed cafe in Maginhawa Street, Quezon City. You'll feel like you stepped into the magical world as you marvel at wands, owl figurines, Quidditch equipment and more that adorn the space. Mom and Dad can enjoy a cold glass of Butterbeer too.

Take the kids out to brunch and sit down for a meal at Early Bird Breakfast Club in Century City Mall. Their delicious and filling dishes and perky interiors is a definite great start to your weekend. Try out their bestsellers including the Yin & Yang Champorado made with rich Belgian dark chocolate and served with toasted dilis.

Hey, mom, here's your chance to cop that signature K-beauty and hoard Korean cosmetic products! Etude House and Tony Moly are having a buy-1-take-1 promo at selected boutiques. Promo runs only until supplies last so hurry!
