1. Tuna and Cheese Sandwich
Here’s a tried-and-tested trick for getting your kiddo to eat his baon: make it fun! Cheese and tuna go well together, and the added effort of cutting the bread into adorable fishes is totally worth it. It will entice your child to eat seafood if has yet to warm up to tuna. These are easy to share with friends so pack a little extra!
Makes 3 sandwiches Ready in 15 minutes
6 pieces white bread 1 can (180-gram) tuna in water, drained 1 tablespoon celery, chopped 1/4 cup mayonnaise salt pepper 3 slices cheddar cheese black olives, sliced 1/2 small red bell pepper, sliced into long strips 1/2 small green bell pepper, sliced into short strips
Now, this only looks complicated, but trust us, you'll be adding this sandwich to your weekly baon rotation in no time. It's super simple to make. And, if you already have shredded chicken, this will take you considerably less time to prepare than it takes for your child to get dressed for school.

1 quarter rotiserie chicken, shredded 1/8 to 1/3 cup barbecue sauce, we used hunt's salt and pepper, to taste 1 burger bun, toasted 1 gherkin pickle, sliced
