    Mais Con Hielo

     

    What You’ll Need:

    • 1 can cream style corn
    • 1 can whole corn kernel
    • 1 can evaporated milk
    • 2 tsps. sugar
    • crushed ice
    • cornflakes or pinipig

     

    Procedure:

    Divide the corn kernel and cream style corn into equal parts and put in four glasses. Add sugar.  Add evaporated milk, depending on desired amount. Add crushed ice. Sprinkle with cornflakes or pinipig.

    Serves four.
