    Makes 12 mini cheeseburgers

    Prep time: 15 minutes

    Cook time: 10 minutes

     

    1 pound ground beef

    1 large carrot, minced

    1 medium onion, minced

    1 egg

    1 teaspoon paprika (optional)

    ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

    1 teaspoon garlic powder

    ½ cup bread crumbs

    1 teaspoon salt

    Cooking oil

    Mini burger buns

    Coleslaw for garnish

     

    1 Combine ground pork, carrot, onion, paprika, garlic powder, egg, salt, pepper, bread crumbs and Arla Cheesy Spread.

    2 Mix until the ingredient are well incorporated.

    3 Use a spoon to scoop ground meat mixture. Mold into balls and flatten to form beef patties.

    4 Heat pan with oil and fry patties until golden brown.

    5 Put patties on table napkins to drain excess oil. Set aside.

    6 Warm mini burger buns until a bit brown.

    7 Assemble mini burger: put the patty on burger bun, top with Arla Burger Slices, add coleslaw, salt and pepper to taste.

    Cheese and Vegetable Burger

    Here's a creative way to include veggies in your kids diet, without them knowing! Just chop veggies finely and turn it into a meat-looking burger patty.

     

    Makes 4

    Prep time: 15 minutes

    Cook time: 15 minutes

     

    1 red onion, chopped

    1 carrot, grated

    Half a leek, chopped

    100 grams brown mushrooms

    1 clove garlic

    150 grams kamote, peeled and cubed

    50 grams bread crumbs

    1 teaspoon honey

    1 teaspoon flour

    1 tablespoon oil

    Salt

    Pepper

    1 Boil kamote cubes until soft. Drain and set aside.

    2 In a big bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Arla Cheesy Spread. Set aside.

    3 Heat cooking oil in a frying pan.

    4 Add chopped onion, leek, carrot and mushroom.

    5 Fry until soft. Add garlic and fry for 1 minute.

    6 Add breadcrumbs and Arla Cheesy Spread mixture. Stir.

    7 Mix in kamote and honey. Mash until ingredients are blended together.

    8 Season with salt and pepper.

    9 Shape mixture into burger patties.

    10 Lightly coat with flour and fry until golden brown.

    11 Assemble the burger: put the patty on burger bun, top with Arla Burger Slices and serve with coleslaw or tomato and lettuce. 

    Cheesy Chicken Sliders

    Here's a twist to your usual chicken recipes, why not turn it into a burger? Just add a dash of liquid seasoning and a spoonful of creamy cheese.

    1 pound ground chicken

    1 cup chopped onion

    2 tablespoons finely chopped bell pepper

    1 tablespoon liquid seasoning

    1 clove garlic, finely chopped

    2 Shape mixture in balls and flatten to turn into mini patties.

    4 Warm mini burger buns. Set aside.
