350 grams chicken breast, boil and cut into small pieces
¼ cup butter
¼ cup all purpose flour
1 liter chicken stock (we suggest making your own)
1 piece carrot, mince
1 piece potato, boil and mince
Heat butter and add all purpose flour. Add chicken stock and whip until desired thickness is reached. Add the chicken, minced carrots, and potatoes. Bring to a boil. Beat two eggs and slowly add to the soup.
