• Lenten Recipe: Fish Fillet Salad

    Serves Prep Time 15 minutes  Cook Time 12 minutes

     

    1 cup mayonnaise
    3 tablespoons condensed milk
    3 tablespoons fruit cocktail
    250 grams fish fillet
    2 pieces beaten eggs
    cornstarch

     

    1 Mix 1 cup mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons condensed milk, and 3 tablespoons fruit cocktail in can (drained). Set aside.
