A really easy and healthy dish you can serve to the kids (just hold the capers).

Serves 2 to 3 Prep Time 5 minutes Cooking Time 20 minutes
400 grams spaghetti noodles 4 tablespoons olive oil 5 cloves garlic, crushed 2 400-gram cans stewed tomatoes 1 150-gram can Century Tuna spicy tuna flakes, drained 1/4 cup bottled capers (optional) salt to taste 1/8 cup chopped fresh basil grated Parmesan cheese
1 Cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions.2 Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, add the garlic and brown over medium heat. Add the stewed tomatoes and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
