Marc Nelson's Spaghetti Bolognese
Ingredients: • 3 tablespoons olive oil • 4 garlic cloves, minced • 3 medium onions, chopped • 750 grams extra lean ground beef • 1 28-ounce can whole tomatoes • 2 6-ounce can tomato paste • 2/3 cup red wine • 5 pieces whole Bay leaves • salt and pepper • 250 grams whole wheat spaghetti
Instructions: 1. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Saute garlic and onions. 2. Add extra lean ground beef and cook until lightly browned.
