Children have a natural tendency to favor one particular food. However, if you start them young, you will also nurture their instinct to experience new flavors. Offer them more variety so they’ll eat more. Prepare vegetables, fruits, and meats in different ways: add carrots to spaghetti sauce, or maybe sprinkle cheese or dressing on top of broccoli or string beans.
