Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Cut into sections.
Juice the carrots, with the skin on, and cauliflower separately. Set aside.
Peel and juice the cucumber.
Combine all of the juices. You may also add honey, or simple syrup, to taste.
For simple syrup preparation: 1:1 ratio, water and sugar.
