    Serves 5 to 6  

    Prep Time 15 minutes  

    Cooking Time 5 minutes

     

    Ingredients:

    • lumpia wrappers, about 10 to 12 pieces
    • 1 large smoked boneless bangus
    • 1 egg
    • 1 small onion, chopped
    • 1 tablespoon chopped spring onions
    • 1/4 cup chopped carrots
    • 1/8 cup chopped green bell pepper

     
    Directions:
    1.    Shred and flake fish meat; discard skin.
