Ingredients 1 package yellow cake mix 3 tbsp. cinnamon 1 tbsp. nutmeg 2 cups apples, peeled and chopped 1 can condensed milk 1 cup of sprinkle or chocolate chips Popsicle sticks
Steps 1. Mix together cake mix, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl. Make batter according to cake box instructions. Fold in apples. 2. Fill paper lined cupcake tins three-fourths full with batter. 3. Bake according to cake box instructions. 4. While cupcakes are baking, heat condensed milk (still in the can) for about 1½ hours. Cool to room temperature before opening. 5. Once baked, cool cupcakes to room temperature. 6. Glaze the top of each cupcake with a thin coat of caramelized condensed milk. Sprinkle desired topping (chocolate chips, etc). Stick a popsicle stick into the center of each cupcake.
