Here's a recipe I have for kids ages four to five years old. It’s something that will interest a kid who doesn’t eat veggies. My kids love spaghetti so I decided  to add veggies to their favorite food.

    White Sauce Spaghetti (with Veggies)

    What you’ll need:

    • 1 kilo lean ground pork
    • 1 onion
    • 1 clove of garlic (chopped)
    • 1 tbsp butter
    • tomato sauce (medium sized)
    • 1 can cream of mushroom
    • 1 can evaporated milk (big)
    • 1 can mushroom
    • medium sized carrots
    • celery (depending on how much you like)
    • grated cheese
    • Spaghetti noodles (cooked according to package directions)

    Procedure:

    • Cut the carrots, celery, and mushrooms into really small pieces so the kids won't be able to remove it.
    • Boil ground pork in 1 cup water. Remove the oil from the pork.
    • Saute garlic and onion in butter
    • Add ground pork.
    • Season with salt and pepper
    • Add tomato sauce and bring to a boil.
    • Add mushrooms, carrots and celery
    • Add cream of mushroom and evaporated milk
    • Pour over spaghetti and add grated cheese
    • Serve
