    Sex can count as exercise when you do it for 30 minutes. You'll burn 85 to a hundred calories, depending on the positions you do. So while you're getting your freak on/making love and burning calories, why not tone some of your body parts, too? If it sounds daunting, think about how much better the sex will feel!

    1. The Wheelbarrow

    Tones: arms

    How to do it: Go down on all fours and have your guy (who's standing up) lift your hips. Wrap your legs around his hips so you get a good support. Enjoy!

    2. The Torrid Triangle/Pinball Wizard, aka amped up missionary

    Tones: abs and butt

    How to do it: Go to a missionary position. Lift your pelvic region while resting your weight on your shoulders. This will strengthen your core. Since you're squeezing your butt, you're giving yourself a glute workout. (He should enter you kneeling down.)

    3. The Doggy-Style

    Tones: abs, legs; arms (optional)

    How to do it: Go on all fours and let your guy enter you from behind while he's kneeling down. You'll be working your quads and glutes while you brace yourself from his thrusts. To tone your arms and your upper body, place your hands against the wall in front of you and thrust.

    4. The Cowgirl

    Tones: abs and butt; legs (optional)

    How to do it: Go on top of your guy and brace your legs on the bed (or floor). As you ride him, you'll be flexing your lower abs and your pelvic muscles. If you angle yourself forward and support yourself by pressing against your guy's abs, you'll be engaging your legs, specifically the quads and calves.
    For something more intense that you'll really feel the burn, support yourself on your feet, like you're squatting over him, then go up and down. That'll target your butt, legs, and hips.

    5. The Lotus Blossom

    Tones: Abs and butt

    How to do it: Go into a sitting position with your guy, where you face each other and your legs are wrapped around his waist. Thrust away!

    6. The Bridge

    Tones: butt and inner thigh, arms, abs, legs

    How to do it: Face upward with all four limbs holding you up off the bed. Your guy will enter you kneeling down, and when he's thrusting you'll be working your limb muscles (glutes, quads, calves, biceps, triceps) and your core to keep your balance.
