Bianca Gonzalez admits she's still learning how to manage her household staff
Finding a yaya and being able to keep one are two very tricky things to do, and it doesn't get easier when you have more than one helper at home. The celebrity host admitted that she's still adjusting to managing her household staff. "If you have more than one, minsan mag-aaway 'yan, may dramahan. Apparently, it's a thing na parang you have to manage and talk to them," Bianca said in an interview with Smartparenting.com.ph and Pep.ph.
So how does she deal? She lets her husband, pro basketball player JC Intal, handle it because he's better at it. "Siya mas magaling, e, you have to intervene talaga, and it's hard. Kasi parang you're the employer, technically, but at the same time, you have to be tender. It's not like in the office that they have deliverables, siyempre, it's a home," Bianca explained. (pep.ph)

In Disney-Pixar's first movie with an all Latino cast, we finally discover why 12-year-old Miguel's family imposed a ban on music, which didn't exactly stop him from loving it and playing the guitar. When he is miraculously transported to the Land of The Dead (thanks to his great-great-grandfather's guitar and a dead trickster named Hector), Miguel meets his deceased family members and learns about their history. "Never forget how much your family loves you," he was told, and now he needs to find his great-great-grandpa and get back to the world of the living before sunrise if he doesn't want to be stuck with the dead. Miguel also discovers that if the dead are forgotten in the living world, they also vanish from the Land of The Dead. Coco opens in theaters on November 22. (ew.com)
