Digital banking in the Philippines reaches new heights thanks to Citibank, which now makes available Mobile Banking Applications, not just for one, or two but three different platforms.
Whichever smart phone you own – iPhone, Android or BlackBerry – Citibank has designed a Mobile Banking App that will deliver access to your credit card and bank accounts, enabling a complete range of banking transactions.

In the 1990s, Citibank pioneered 24x7 banking in the country with CitiPhone, giving its clients access to bank products and services via phone. A decade later, it unveiled Citibank Online, its multi-awarded Internet platform. Recognizing the popularity of mobile phone with Filipino consumers, Citibank Mobile Banking was introduced in 2009, the first user-friendly and purely browser-based mobile banking solution.
“This launch bolsters our claim that Citibank services are available to our clients anywhere and anytime, now through whichever communication channel they prefer – be it landline or mobile phone, smart phone or Internet,” added Zanatti.
