Pia's businessman husband Steeve Mago, on the other hand, posted on Instagram a photo of their newborn with big sister Scarlet. "Baby sisters," he captioned his post. In an Instagram video posted on the adorable two-year-old's Instagram account, Scarlet's dad Hayden Kho was shown guiding her as they pray the "Our Father." Don't forget to pray before you go to work, ok. Love you!"

"So far di naman diva katrabaho," Alex jokingly wrote in the caption. The second episode is called "This Kiss," and it just shows clips of the two kissing. German preschool ordered to report parents who refuse vaccination advice

In a law set to be passed next week, Germany's Health Ministry has ordered kindergartens to notify officials about parents who fail to prove that they have received counseling on child vaccination. Parents who refuse to hear credible advice about immunization or allows their kids to skip vaccinations would be fined 2,500 Euros (that's about P140,000!). Vaccination has long been mandatory for children who attend kindergarten, but before this law, it used to be up to the nurseries to decide whether or not to report such parents.

Health Minister Hermann Grohe told Bild newspaper that it's necessary to tighten the regulations due to a measles outbreak in Germany and across Europe. "Nobody can be indifferent to the fact that people are still dying of measles," he said. According to the latest figures from the European Center for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC), Germany has reported a total of 504 measles cases from the start of the year up to April 16 -- that number was only 33 within the same period last year. The total number of measles cases in Germany for the whole of 2016 was just 326. (rt.com)
