    No one would think she needs it, but the single mom does work out regularly. "When you're home from the gym, and you're too tired to change. Hello! Hello! Tired but smiling. Pleasant day everyone," read a caption for a post-exercise selfie she posted on Instagram.

    "Did you know just a single session of exercise can have significant positive effects on your mood, stress levels, and brain function? It can help fight anxiety and depression too!" Jodi captioned another Instagram post. She has been sharing these on social media to encourage others to exercise as it's vital to a person's overall well-being. "The best project you'll ever work on is you. Be better than you were yesterday," she wrote in another post. "Exercise to be fit, to be strong, to be healthy—that's the goal. And if you are not where you want to be that's enough motivation to keep you going," she added. (pep.ph)

    Pregnancy and childbirth alter a woman's body in so many ways that it may never go back to the way it was. However, new mom and TV host Iya proved that you can always improve. On October 16, she shared on Instagram that she beat her previous personal record (90 pounds) in weightlifting. "When you hit a new PR, and your whole @avantgardecrossfit family celebrates with you," she captioned a video documenting her achievement, while also thanking her coaches for the inspiration and the motivation to better herself.

    In the video, Iya is seen holding the weights up for about seven seconds, before doing a dance with her gym mates to celebrate her new personal record of 105 pounds. Coach Kristen Lim shared with Pep.ph that Iya only started doing CrossFit, a fitness regimen that includes varied functional movements done at high intensity, six months ago—that's about six months after she gave birth to son Primo.     Denise Laurel happy to have inspired women to love their "stripes"

    A few days ago, the actress and single mom posted an Instagram photo of herself in a bikini in Maldives and called attention to her folds and stretch marks before anyone else [read: internet trolls] could. Unknowingly, she has started an online revolution. A makeup artist who goes by the handle @rebel_rock on Instagram recently posted a side-by-side photo of her and Denise. "Tiger who earned her stripes," she wrote. "Love you, Denise, thank you for inspiring & allowing mums around the world to be comfortable in their own skin," she added.

    Since then, Denise had called out for women to share their "stretch marks the spot" photos with her. "I’m so happy that a bunch of you guys have been sending me photos of you guys being liberated from the stigma of imperfection! Keep on sending me photos of you guys embracing your #stretchmarks #stripes!" she wrote on Instagram. "Let’s do this together guys! [You ] are awesome!" she added.  (pep.ph)

    Bangs Garcia-Birchmore embraces her pregnant body 

    The actress and former FHM Philippines cover girl posted a series of photos that summed up her body's transformation from zero to 32 weeks pregnant, and just recently Bangs shared the photo to celebrate her 33rd week of pregnancy.  

    She shared on Instagram that being pregnant is not always easy; however, she wanted to document her journey in pictures. "I tried my best to fit into this bikini for the sake of comparison," Bangs shared. "Can’t wait to meet my Baby Amelia in less than [two] months," she added.
