Have you ever experienced losing or accidentally forgetting an item or two on a flight?
Well, a new service from KLM Airlines seems to be making passengers enjoy purposefully "losing" their things, with only the most adorable of customer service reps: a puppy named Sherlock.

The video is actually part of an advertising campaign of KLM, Sherlock serving as a symbol of how their Lost And Found crew goes to great lengths for their passengers.
While Sherlock is not a real employee of the Dutch airline, representatives from their ad agency DDB & Tribal Worldwide did reveal that Sherlock may "be making an appearance in the near future."
