  • 1. Zsa Zsa Padilla is getting married this year

    The singer actress confirmed during a press conference that she and fiancé architect Conrad Onglao are set to wed this year. The couple has in fact been busy building their new home and planning their wedding since last year. She didn't disclose any more wedding details except to say it would be an intimate ceremony. Padilla added that having both their kids present would be enough for her and Onglao. She also wouldn't say if the wedding will be held here in Manila, within the country, or abroad--it will have to be a surprise, she remarked. (abs-cbn.com)


    2. Meet "Normal Ken" Doll

    From the maker of "Normal Barbie" doll, here comes "Normal Ken" doll. Creator Nickolay Lamm launched the Lammily dolls that have realistic body proportions to combat the unrealistic beauty standards young kids face today. The new "Normal Ken" doll will be an alternative to the many muscular action figures and male fashion dolls in the market. Lamm hopes that having dolls with normal body proportions can help kids have a "better chance to grow up with realistic expectations about their own appearances."     Disney have long ago announced that Rapunzel will debut a new animated series on Disney Channel. And now we have the details on the spin-off called Tangled: Before Ever After. The story set after the movie and before the short film Tangled Ever After revolves around Rapunzel learning more about her parents, her kingdom and its people. Mandy Moore and Zachary Levi are reprising their roles as Rapunzel and Eugene/Flint, and Ashley Judd will join the cast as the Queen. There will also be music, of course, with the original composers who worked in the film also contributing music. Tangled: Before Ever After is slated to premiere in 2017. (blogs.disney.com)


    4. Super Mario theme park to open in Osaka

    You have four years to prep before a Super Mario World, the first video game theme park in the world, opens in Osaka, Japan in 2020. Universal announced last year that it's bringing Nintendo's most popular gaming characters to life via a theme park. Universal allotted $335 million to build the Super Mario World, with many fans already excited to try a real, live Super Mario Kart game and meet Mario and Luigi. Keep your fingers crossed that other Nintendo characters, such as for Donkey Kong, The Legend of Zelda characters, and Pokemon monsters will be there, too. (techtimes.com)

    They are expecting again! Alec Baldwin's wife Hilaria Thomas Baldwin took to Instagram to announce that they are expecting another addition to their family. “Ireland, Carmen, Rafael, Alec, and I are excited to share with you that we are going to have another addition to our family. A little boy coming this fall,” the yoga instructor wrote as caption to a photo of her and Alec kissing in New York City. The two are already parents to Carmen, 2, and Rafael, 8, while Alec is also a dad to Ireland, 20, whom he shares with ex Kim Basinger. Congratulations!
