You will need a sheet of white paper, cotton buds, and lemon.
1. Squeeze out the juice of a lemon and place this in a small container.
2. Dip the cotton bud in the lemon juice.
3. Have your child write out a secret message on the white paper and let it dry.
4. Gently move the paper back and forth over a warm light bulb, making sure the paper does not touch the bulb. Alternately, you can also hold the paper an inch or two over a candle or warm stove.
5. Voila! The secret message will soon appear before your very eyes.
SMART TIP: Iron the paper between two sheets of newsprint for faster results.
