First things first – let me be perfectly honest here. Those of you who read my blogs might think that I seem to have everything in my life in semi-perfect order. Let me tell you though, this is far from the truth. Having to juggle my responsibilities as a wife, mother of two kids aged 5 and 2.5 (whom we are homeschooling), editor/writer (I work from home most days though), and other things is quite a challenge for a disorganized person like me.

This is why, when I got a copy of the Mom {24/7} Planner by Mommy Mundo, I felt that I had the answer to most of my organization and planning needs. See, I’m the type of person who attempts to get organized and plan ahead by writing down notes and to-do lists BUT I have the tendency to do so on whatever piece of paper or book I have with me at that point in time. (So now you know why my daily life is “organized chaos!”) At least now, with the Mom {24/7} Planner, I can jot down everything in one place – even the kids’ homeschool goals for the day! (Though I have to write with really small letters, I don’t mind at all!)

Designed by mompreneur extraordinaire and hands-on mom Janice Crisostomo-Villanueva, the planner was truly made with the urban mom in mind. I personally like that the scheduling pages for each day of the month have space for Mom’s schedule and the kids’ schedule (maximum of three kids) together.

Aside from the daily planning pages, it also has other special pages and features that will prove quite useful to most, if not all, moms – whether you work at home, stay at home, work outside the home, homeschool your kids, send your kids to school, are in school yourself, etc. These include the following:

1. Side tabs for each month – makes it easier to plan ahead and make your to-do lists.

2. Info sheet for each child – helps us moms keep track of each child’s progress, activities, etc.

3. Health record pages for the members of the family, including the kids – helps us keep a record of the health history of family members, especially vaccinations and check-ups for the children.
