Going back...yung naka-highlight na yellow ay ang mga Fertile Days (F) mo. Ito kasi yung days na may mapapansin ka na mucus. Nagsisimula ito na sticky at medyo yellowish (infertile to low fertility) at unti-unting magiging clear (high fertility). Ito yung mga days na pwedeng mabuntis.
Ovulation or Peak DayAng Peak Day (P) ay ang pinaka fertile sa lahat ng days na ito. Ito yung time na nagre-release ang babae ng Egg Cell. Sinasabi ng mga books at OBs na ito (na tinatawag ding Ovulation Day) ay nangyayari in about 12-16 days before the next mentruation. Kadalasan, this is pegged at 14 days. Subukan mo i-check ang days sa chart na may P sa ilalim. Halimbawa, noong Dec. to Jan na cycle mo (1st row), Jan. 12 ang estimated na nagrelease ka ng egg. Ang ibang mga dates ay Feb. 12, Mar. 17 at April 22.

Possibly most fertile on May 18 to 24. Afterwards, sure na safe na ulit from May 26 and until the next Menstruation Period day and beyond (about 12 more days).

Sa chart, pwede kang magrecord ng observation ng cervical mucus sa row na may label na CM. Ito na yung pag-gamit nga ng Billings Ovulation Method.
