I've got tons of pimples when i was in high school until college. In fact, i got a big one at the top of my nose when hubby was just starting to court me, then another big one on my graduation day! They're really unforgettable, because they're like volcanoes ready to erupt in their sizes.
Of course, since i am just a student then, facial products are also limited (affordability). It was not on my mom's vocabulary to bring me to a derma. So, i only buy/ try whatever beauty products i can afford on my allowance.
But when i got employed, i can afford othet products that are expensive and derma treatments was also an option. The first product that wad able to completely clean my face was VMV. It suits my skin. After giving birth to my 2nd child, i switched to other products such as ponds, garnier and olay. Fortunately, my skin is not that sensitive anymore, so i can try other products without having to worry on their effects.
I believe it's not on how each product is rated by advertisers, but it's on how those products siuts your skin. Though some may not be that expensive, they can still clear your skin when you're suited with their chemical contents.
