Thanks to sis twelvth_goddess. Nagkaroon ako ng idea about this "30 day shred" workout.  Proud ako na natapos ko yung Level 1.I am now in Level 2, pang 2nd day ko pa lang today. Grabeh, hirap ng Level 2. Naku sis twelvth_goddess sobrang hirap na siguro ng Level 3. I know we can all be fit. Go SP moms!!

happy new year mga sisses!!

ito din ang dilema ko, after giving birth last oct, aaminin ko, na lumaki at naging obvious yung laki ng tyan ko as in very prominent siya kasi likas akong payat before i bear my children ( i have 2 boys - one almost 3 y/o and one 3 mos old).. eh feeling ko habang tumatagal lalong hindi ko mapigil kumain at wala akong exercise.. i am breastfeeding at the same time, bottle fed din si baby.. i started to go back to work after a month lang THOUGH CS ako, i chose to go back 1 month.. so ayun, what will you recommend ba?.. naisip ko tuloy na mag physical exercise na ako like badminton kaso worry ko is keri na ba kahit CS ako?.. what else can you advise kasi gusto ko na pumayat talaga.. need to go back to my old shape..

^Try mo muna mag-light jogging for 30 minutes everyday sis. Pwede din yung mga dance videos pero nothing too heavy and rigorous. IMO, medyo fresh pa yung incision mo kung October ka lang nanganak.

In my case, I waited for almost a year before ako nag-work out hehe. I was also breastfeeding and breastpumping back then.

^ ok thanks sis, naisip ko na nga kahit an hour of badminton kaso yun nga i need opinion kung ok na ko sa ganun na activities.. wala talaga akong exercise and gustuhin ko man na kahit pano mag brisk walk sa umaga, napupuyat pa din ako since sa gabi at madaling araw BF ako kay baby.. haisstt..

sana magawa ko yung light jogging na yan, talagang naiiyak ako habang sinusuot ko yung mga pants ko before ako mag buntis sa 2nd baby ko.. good luck naman sa kin, ni hindi ko nga maiangat yung zipper eh.. hahaha.. yung binder kasi although ginamit ko naman right after i gave birth pero hindi ko natuloy tuloy..

breastfeeding and doing yoga was so effective for me. my pre pregnancy weight was 112 lbs post pregnancy was 161 lbs. after almost a year of breastfeeeding and occassional yoga in the morning, my weight droppeddown to 97 lbs. mas sexy pa ako. haha. now that i am 6 months pregnant  and at 131 lbs, i am limiting my weight increase at 1 lb a week para hindi ako ma cs. they call bilbil the love handles and the most effective yoga position was the Gate posture. super init sa ab muscles in just a few minutes of holding it. stress reliever pa because it calms my mind and body. hope this helps

ngayon hindi na ko nagrrice sana gumana and nag sstatic jogging ako sa room pag morning.. hindi kasi ako makalabas ng umaga para mag jog baka maholdap ako hehe.. sat and sun lang ako nageexercise kasi may work ako masyadong maaga alis ko uwi ko naman 7pm na kaya no time talaga..

Ako rin I have a problem with my tummy..  maybe because kasalanan ko rin masarap kasi kumain lalo na bonding with my first son pero I started to eat less rice talaga kasi super carbs sya define and then the chocolates and junk foods medyo less na yung pagkain ko. I'll try the Zumba.. I wanna buy a zumba cd. try niyo yun every weekend :)

My pre-pregnancy weight was 88lbs. before I gave birth I was 122lbs and post-pregnancy, my weight dropped to 100lbs... wala naman akong ginagawa. hehe but yes I also have bilbil. According to my mom who's an OB-GYN, you can do sit-ups as early as 2weeks postpartum (for NSD). =) kaso tamad ako magsit-ups magisa. I will wait after 2monhs when I can go back to my boxing training or playing football. Haha tagal ko pa maghihintay.  :)

Nung nanganak ako sa first child ko, nagkabilbil talaga ako. Kahit pumayat na ako, andun pa din yun love handles ko. Pero nung nanganak ako sa second child ko, nagbreastfeed ako at totoo nga, nakakapayat nga! Marami ngang nagsabi na mas payat ako ngayon kesa nun dalaga pa ako. Instant flat tummy na din  :)

Ako mga sis..1kilo away na lang sa pre pregnancy weight ko...pero I dont look good pa din :(..ang laki ng inilaki ng puson ko...ok na yung mga blouses ko nasusuot ko na...but never the pants/slacks....nakaka frustrate lang

It's been almost 5months since I gave birth. I wore a binder occassionally after I gave birth (kasi mainit sobra) until someone told me to put lampin over the binder para maabsorb yung sweat. Pero still mainit pa din kaya hindi ko pa din masyado sinuot. But I was convinced talaga na careerin ang pagsuot ng binder nung 3mos after giving birth, kasi kumasya na yung mga jeans ko but nagmuffin top na sila. So from then on, suot ko na except pag nagshoshower. I just recently purchased a corset, mas masikip pa sa binder, lumiit naman tummy ko pero it's still flabby. Hanggang kailan ba dapat magbinder?

Medyo mahirap gamitin yung mga binders, kasi not all types conform to the shape of your body and sometimes, I think they're not really meant to be worn under regular clothing kasi mainit and bumabakat sila sa damit. But now I'm trying this slimwear/shapewear and so far okay naman siya since it fits really great and hindi naman siya uncomfy. And also, I try to balance it out na healthy food + exercise + shapewear. :)
