How to migrate to Australia?
« on: February 04, 2012, 05:19:42 am »
hi mga mommies, I am planning to work and reside to Australia but I don't have any idea on where to start. I visited www.immi.gov.au website and took the visa assessment and found out na Skilled - Independent(Migrant) Visa (Subclass 175) ang dapat na applyan ko. Ayaw ko po sana dumaan pa sa agency kasi lalaki po yung gastos kaya like ko po sana na asikasuhin ito on my own.

Sana po may makapagshare ng experience nila on how to apply for an australian visa.

Thanks in advance!

Anong industry ng work mo sis?

@Mommy France, IT po. I've looked up na on there SOL(Skilled Occupation Lists) and andun naman po yung skill ko. Feeling ko naman papasa ako sa mga requirements(lakas fighting spirit!) wahehe so what i need to know is the nitty gritty details in applying for the visa.  thanks! ;D

I'll ask around kung ano kailangan for the visa.
One of Miggy's ninang kasi, also from the IT industry, is migrating to AUS.

I'll ask her and let you know.

@sis borntrippy - thanks for the info! i will visit the site you have provided

^^ correct ka dyan sis, pricey nga kung mag under agency pa, kaya nga si hub dont know where to start, most of the advice given by her relatives and bestfriend na nasa Aus mag under agency daw para mas madali at sigurado na maasist siya,if given a chance na  magrant at mabigyan ng visa, nag offer naman mga relatives niya na walang magiging problema sa accomodation kahit airfare sila na din daw bahala, basta update kita sis sa mga gagawin ni hub.. well goodluck for both of us sana nga makarating tayo sa Aus at magkita kita tayo don.. :)
