Im having second thoughts sa BnF. So baka kay Kristine na rin ako kumuha ng hosting/entertainment package.
We will just meet sa don hen pag may event sya so i can discuss my preferences.

Sis Angel's Mom,

I went to Don Henrico's yesterday to pay the 50% of food package. Na-mention nga rin ni Anna na nakabook ka na for May 6.

We had our pre-bday shoot with Leiko last week. We bought a laptop kaya nai-transfer agad ang pics

Regarding entertainment, bigay mo budget kay Kristine. Bibigyan ka niya ng pasok sa budget mo.

Ilan nga pala guests nyo sa birthday ng daughter mo?

^ I'll meet Kristine na lang in one of her events in Don Hen.  She will text me her schedule na lang daw. She was inviting me yesterday na mag-visit sa Ortigas kasi may event daw sila at andun yung host na nire-recommend niya sa akin.  Pero di na ako pumunta, tinamad ako lumabas kahapon hehe.. Gusto ko kasi sa Brickroad na kami mag-meet eh ang nearest booking niya is yung party date nyo hehe..

Advisable talaga to always bring a laptop sa mga shoot, that's what we always do kahit sa party itself i see to it na makopya agad ang raw files.  Better that way kasi makulit ako eh, baka di ko tantanan sa follow-up eh lalo sya maguluhan sa editing haha! 
 
Ang guest list naman right now is 100 pax.  We intend na maximum na yan. Talagang friends/classmates lang ni daughter plus some of me and hubby's close friends and immediate family.

hello mommies! pa-share naman ng experience nyo sa don hen brickroad.. until now naghahanap pa ko ng venue malpit samin.. May corkage fee ba sila if ever magdala ng outside supplier like photobooth, cake, balloon decors/styro backdrop? Sino po marecommend nyong coordinator? I'll try to visit and inquire pa lang baka end of march..July pa kasi bday ni baby.

sana makapagbigay kayo ng feedback since mauna parties nyo. another option ko is house party since 2nd bday naman na kaso parang mas nakkastress for a working mom like me..hehe.

may separate function room ba yung sa may sta lucia? spacious po ba at ilang pax kasya?

Yes sis may function room sya. The function room can accommodate up to 150pax daw or pag mas madaming guests, you can have the whole store exclusively for your party.

I'll post pic in a while. Napicturan ko lang nung pumunta kami last month tapos nagaayos yung decor supplier for an evening party.

Wow dumarami na ang Don Hen Brick Road parties!
They aren't too strict naman kaso bawat galaw mo may bayad. Like electricity fee, corkage fee, etc. This is standard naman most restos, so ok lang.Nasa maayos na pag-uusap naman yan. You can always haggle naman and reach a compromise.
For me less stress pag resto ang parties. May party packages ang Don Hen. Pero kami ni Angel's Mom, we directly coordinated with the inhouse party supplier for customized party packages.
We'll have around 130 guests, so we had the entire ground floor area reserved for us alone.

I will upload pics and send link immediately after my baby's first bday this March. Angel's mom, thanks for uploading the pics. Bigla ako naexcite eh!
