All About Edema (Pamamanas) During and After Pregnancy

hi mga momies here, ask ko lang kung normal lang ba yung manas after giving birth sobra late reaction yung manas ko kung kailan nailabas n c bb saka naman ako minanas sobra laki ng paa ko at masakit pa..bakit kaya mga momies..sabi naman nila normal lang daw ngaun 1 week n ako mula nung nanganak ako nakaligo nrin ako at nahilot, still manas pa din ako... meron ba sa mga mommies jan na nka experience dn ng ganito share naman po..

That's normal sis... 1st pregnancy ko di ako namanas nung buntis ako pero after saka ako minanas. Lagi mo lang itaas ang paa mo pag naka-upo ka and elevate mo rin pag nakahiga ka, para madaling mawala. Sa 2nd baby ko di na ako nag-manas all thru-out.

thanks sis, ngaun medyo nawawala na manas ko. buti naman kasi sobra ang laki s apaa eh.. slamat sis sa reply godbless

mga sisses panu po ba makakaiwas sa manas?
sabi ng neighbor namin may manas na daw ako kasi ang taba ba daw ng paa ko.. always kasi ko nakahiga eh at tamad maglakad?

panu po ba na nakakaapekto sa baby natin to?
hindi pa naman sumasakit ang manas ko at ayoko ng maramdaman na mamaga pa siya..

Try mo sis to press two fingers sa portion na tingin mo is manas (usually sa may heel / ankle area). If  nagkaroon sya ng mark na kitang pinindot mo ang skin, meaning manas ka nga. Just lift your feet. Should be higher than your heart pag nakahiga. And iwas ka sa salty and sweet foods.

^ I agree with sis caddin, less salty foods, then pag nakahiga ka, mas mataas yung paa mo or kung nagwowork ka, elevate mo yung paa mo or from time to time, tayo ka then lakad ka ng bahagya.. sa morning naman, if yo have time, mga 5-10mins lakad ka ng konti..

I agree.. sa first pregnancy ko grabe ang pagkamanas ko, kabaliktaran ngayon.. kaya hindi ako mapagkamalang buntis.. hehe.. wag ka kain ng salty.. then taas paa..  ;)

ako din during my first pregnancy may manas ako. My mom advised me na kapag matutulog maglagay ako ng mataas na unan sa may paa. And don't seat na naka-hang ang paa..And every morning nag-iikot ako sa village, makakatulong din kasi yun para di mahirapan manganak

Saka smskit ndn puson ko pag gmgalaw baby.. 1st time ko po ito,, any tips para mpdil and pag labor at delivery ko? Totoo b yung kakain ng medyo Pbakuluan n itlog? Maypagka malikot dn ako matulog,, nssktan kasi ako pag s ryt ako nka harap, tas pag left na,, sskt ulit, ok ln b un? hindi maapektuhan baby ko?

@sisshary0310 i don't think so kasi di nawala ang manas ko, as in i couldn't see my ankles sa sobrang manas. a month after i gave birth parang dun lang nawala ang manas ko.

As per my OB, normal lang yung manas after manganak. medyo na bother din ako nun kasi during my pregnancy eh di naman ako minanas ;) eventually mawawala din naman. after a week nawala na yung sa akin eh
