Calendar Method 2
« Reply #91 on: March 31, 2011, 04:43:07 pm »

at 10days b4 magka period is safe na?

mommies!!!

im so bothered right now. hindi pa kc ako ngkakapgdecide kung pills or injectable ang gagamitin ko. i gave birth kc last august 08,09. normal lang naman ang mens after giving birth sabi ni OB ko, mine lasted for almost two weeks. then after 1month ako ulet ngkaroon pero sobrang konti lang and it lasted about 3days lang. what suprised me was that hindi pa ncocomplete ang 30day-cycle ko eh ngkaroon ulet ako so parang 2times akong ngkaroon in a month. pero like the previous one, it didnt last that long too and spots lang sya. then after another month, mga 2 1/2 month after i gave birth, hubby and i had a contact pero hindi kami natapos. by that time di pa dumadating yung mens ko. then nasundan ulet ng isa pang contact which was not done successfully again kc parang ngkaron ng post-trauma c hubby na mabuntis ulet ako. i suppose to have my period na 2nd week of nov pero until now wala parin sya. huhu. 3mos palang si baby and im worried na im preggy again.

it is really possible to get preggy due to pre-c*m? or ngaadjust pa yung cycle ng period ko that's why di prin ako ngkakaroon until now? pls help, i can't wait another week na ganito ang feeling.

 thanks in advance mommies!!

i think your not...kasi ganyan dn ako before bago dumating yung "mens" ko talaga..
una mga 1month lang dinugo ulit ako ulit..pero mga umaga lang meron talaga..mga 3days din ng last un..and red talaga yung dugo..kala ko un n un..the next month..dinugo ulit ako pero this time, patak lang..after nun 10months akong walang mens..and in between that date we had contact n hubby..naparanoid din ako..until the next month ng mens ko..normal na this time..so wait k lang..pero mas maganda na rin n wag muna kaung magcontact ni hubby hanggat wala pa mens m...:D
hava a bLessed day!..:D

@sis kriszzle: para hindi ka ma-confused, count the first day of your mens as day 1, so from day 1 to day 7, safe mag-contact pero from day 8-19, iwas muna kasi yun yung unsafe days mo, day 14 yung pinaka-fertile day, tapos from day 20 up to the time na magkaroon ka, safe na uli, counting 1st day of mens as day 1 uli pero alam ko dapat regular ang cycle mo para maging succesul ito.

ganito lang lagi kong ginagawa... since regular ang aking menstruation...

1. Mark Day 1 of your menstration period. Example : April 1
2. Starting from Day 1, count 14 days. Then Mark the 14th day. Example: April 14
3. From Day 14, count 5 days backwards. Then Mark the 5th day. Example: April 10
4. From Day 14, count 5 days forward. Then Mark the 5th  day. Example: April 18

So... April 10 - April 18 ang UNSAFE period ko..We TOTALLY abstain from these days.

sana makatulong...

Hi ¸¸.♥ кяιzzℓє ♥.¸¸

I've been wanting to reply to your post.  Thank you for providing the calendar.

The Calendar Method is obselete.  However there's a calendar-based method that has been developed by experts this is the Standard Days Method.

Here's another way of getting your fertile and infertile days.

Ovulation, that day when a woman releases an egg, occurs 14 days BEFORE the next menstruation period.(1)

When ovulation day is near, women secret a slippery type of cervical mucus that resembles raw egg white.  A woman's Vagina is acidic and sperms immediately die once they are deposited there.

When sperms are protected by this type of cervical mucus, they can live up to 5 days. So let's extend those days when one could get pregnant.  So from 14 to 19 days BEFORE the next menstruation period, pregnancy may occur.

A woman's egg can live up to 2 days.  So we will further extend those fertile days up 13 days BEFORE the next menstruation.

This gives us the 6 days when a woman is said to be fertile.

(1)The reason why we count starting from the first day of the previous menstruation period is because this day is already definite.

super naka-sira sya sa system co...now naging irregular pa co... :'(

kaya as much as possible...do the natural methods...safe pa sa'ting mga mommies...

Hi MommyLala

Thirty Days ang Cycle mo.  For the month of Mar. to Apr. lang.  Ano kaya ang range ng cycle mo? Lagi bang 30 days?  Ano ang Feb. to Mar?  Jan. to Feb?  Dec. to Jan?

So, dapat magbilang tayo pabalik mula sa May 17.

May 4 ang ovulation day mo.

April 30 to May 4 possible ito.

Therefore ang fertile days mo ay April 30 to May 5.

Kapag malauhog at stretchy...healthy yon.  Kapag parang beads or sticky, hindi mabubuntis.

So kahit na according to your calendar-based method eh fertile ka...pwedeng hindi, if you have checked your mucus earlier in the morning or the previous morning (Two Day Method, Billings/Mucus/Ovulation Method)

Daddy jojo,

@Daddy Jojo: eto po yung mga cycle days ko: Period as follows: Dec16, Jan16, Feb16, March15,April16.

Pls enlighten me po sa pagcocount (medyo confusing). When is the start of counting po? First Day of Period until ?? Let say in my case po..March15 up to April 15.kc my next period was april 16..32days di ba po? :-\

At tama po kayo daddy jojo..i starte to observe yung CM ko..(and based on my observation theres a secretion only on May 2 to 4(stretchy and sticky). So i think not possble na maging preggy ako siguro po i'll follow yung Two-Day Method, i think mas OK po siya...

Thanks

« Reply #104 on: May 09, 2011, 09:37:44 am »
Hello 만.♥ кяιzzℓє ♥.만,

Safe day, kung pag-punta mo sa CR sa umaga (ex. pagkagising) walang slippery or wet feeling down there.

Pwedeng mabuntis.

I-stretch mo.  The more stretchy ang cervical mucus, the more fertile.

Explanation:

Pang-double check.  Calendar-based method.

Kailan nago-ovulate?
14 days bago ang susunod na menstruation period

Kung 25 days ang menstruation cycle, kailan ito?
25-14=11, Sa Day 11 pagkatapos ng last menstruation period.

Safe Days, Day 1-6 at Day 13 to 25
