• Early Bird Workout: Rolling Baby Over In the Morning

    Rise and shine and give baby a workout!
  • Wake up to an early roll-over routine about 15 to 20 minutes after baby’s morning meal or milk feeding. After sleeping on his back for most of the night, turning your baby over in the morning would be a welcome change. “This simple flip helps your baby burp, preventing colicky pain or tummy aches. It also strengthens his neck muscles as he attempts to lift his head. Also, a baby’s skull is still malleable; lying on his back all the time may flatten the back of his head,” Dr. Padua-Bautista adds. Lay out an activity mat to keep him busy and entertained.
