The key is to eat healthy. Though there are studies implying that specific foods increase chances of pregnancy, most are only anecdotal. Simply follow the basics of healthy eating.
Eat mostly vegetable protein, rather than animal protein. Green leafy vegetables are highly recommended. Vitamin C is also important and may be found in citrus fruits.
Some studies show that green or black tea may be helpful, probably because of its anti-oxidant contents.
Avoid trans fat found in margarines and many packaged food items like crackers. You may substitue olive or canola oil.
Avoid alcohol and caffeine.
