What you need: Mini baby plastic figurines
How to play: Give each guest a baby figurine. Throughout the entire party, they need to hold on to their babies. If they put down or lose the babies, other guests can steal them. Whoever has the most number of mini baby figurines, wins!
My Water Broke!
What you need: Mini baby plastic figurines, ice cube trays
How to play: Before the baby shower starts, place the baby figurines in the ice cube trays, add some water, then stick them in the freezer. Later, give each guest an ice cube. Each person has to race one another and find whose ice cube melts first. He can make use of any method he wants to melt the ice cube except biting. Then he needs to shout “My water broke!” when he finally frees his baby from the ice. Whoever melts his ice cube first, wins!

What you need: Printed cards, pens
How to play: Give each guest a card printed with different questions about either or both of the parents. What you need: A baby bottle, candies, paper, pens
How to play: This game is super simple! Before the baby shower starts, fill the baby bottle with candies. It depends on you what kind of candies you want to use — you can go for a single type, such as M&Ms or Skittles, or you can mix up sweets of different colors and sizes to make things a bit more challenging for your guests. Encourage everyone to write down on a piece of paper how many candies they think are inside the bottle. To find out the answer, count the candies one by one. Whoever has the closest guess, wins!
Whose Memory is This?
What you need: Paper, pens
How to play: Give each guest a piece of paper and a pen. Have them write down a funny or sweet memory they shared with either or both parents, then collect each piece of paper. Pick one paper at a time and read the memory, then guess who wrote that memory. If mom or dad can’t guess who wrote that anecdote, the guest who gave that memory wins!

At the mom-to-be’s signal, each guest has to hang up as many clothes, blankets, or bibs as they can, without dropping either their phone or the baby doll. Whichever group manages to finish hanging up their entire basket of clothes first, wins!
Tinkle in the Pot
What you need: Table tennis balls, balloons, glass jars
How to play: Divide the guests into teams. Give each player a blown-up balloon, which they will put under their shirts, and a table tennis ball, which they will put between their thighs. At the mom-to-be’s signal, the teams will race to drop their table tennis balls into glass jars placed at a distance, then back to their teams, while keeping their balloons intact. Whichever team manages to collect the most number of table tennis balls in their glass jars, wins!
Baby Bingo
What you need: Printed bingo cards, pens
How to play: Give each guest a bingo card printed with images or names of various baby gifts. Remember that each person must be given a unique bingo card. While the mom-to-be is opening presents, have the guests cross out from their cards every present that has been opened. Whoever fills out a column, a row, or a diagonal first, wins!

How to play: This simple game can be played throughout the shower. At the beginning of the event, give each guest a clothespin each. Hunt for Pacifiers
What you need: Large tubs, lots of pacifiers
How to play: Fill each tub with water, then put a specific number of pacifiers into each. The goal is that each player has to collect as many pacifiers as they can without using their hands. To make things more exciting, designate each pacifier with a specific prize. Whoever collects the most number of pacifiers wins (and gets the most prizes)!
Egg Baby Relay
What you need: Eggs, art materials such as markers and crayons, spoons
How to play: Give each guest an egg, art materials, and a spoon. Have them decorate their eggs to look like a “baby,” encouraging them to be as creative as they can. Once everybody is done, divide the guests into teams. Each player has to race their egg “baby” around a designated spot by carrying these in their spoons, which they can hold by hand or between their teeth. Whichever team finishes first, wins! Use hardboiled eggs to avoid making a mess, but feel free to go for fresh eggs if you’re not too concerned about making a mess!

How to play: Give each guest a card printed with 10 to 20 words related to babies, except with the letters of each word scrambled (e.g., “pdiear” for diaper). Set a timer and have your guests try to unscramble as many words as they can. Whoever gets the most number of correct items, wins!

How to play: In case you’re still looking for a unique name to give your little one, here’s a fun game to play during your shower!
