Whether it’s a birthday, baptism, graduation, or some other significant life milestone for your kid, we have everything you need to know before planning the perfect kiddie party!

How to Plan Your Kid’s KFC Party in 5 Simple Steps:

Step 1: Choose Your Location

KFC no longer offers birthday party packages in any of its stores, so you will have to pick your own location for your little one’s birthday or baptismal party and then basically place a bulk order from KFC. For the area, consider your family home if you have ample space, or opt for a dedicated venue for events.

When selecting a venue, ensure you have more than enough parking space for all your guests. You might also want to consider a party venue that has a sufficient play area for all the kids’ activities and games.

Step 2: Plan Your KFC Party Menu

KFC does not offer set party packages, so you will need to curate your own menu for your guests. KFC offers different rates for bulk orders, as well as discounted combo meals. When you are done creating your own party menu and they compute your total bill, KFC will offer additional discounts if the final bill reaches a certain amount.

Here is the actual menu for bulk orders with their corresponding rates:

  • 1 pc Chicken à la carte - P105

  • 2 pcs Chicken à la carte - P200

  • Zinger Burger - P150

  • Original Recipe Snacker Sandwich - P85

  • Chicken Burger - P45

  • Regular Shots - P75

  • Large Shots - P120

Step 3: Get Additional Suppliers

Your KFC party package will only cover food and drinks, so you will need to contact more suppliers for the other party essentials.

First of all, you will need to get a cake for your kid’s big event. You may also need a supplier to set up tables and chairs for the food and cake table, if you don’t have the necessary supplies yourself.

Next, if you have a specific theme or look in mind for the party, you will also want to consider the design and party setup.

For this, you could DIY everything yourself—from the venue decor to the balloons and dining setup—and let all your creative juices flow.

Alternatively, you could also outsource all these tasks and bring in suppliers instead. Essentially, you need the entire catering service, excluding the food.

Step 4: Plan Additional Activities

Now that you have your venue, food, and decor all ironed out, it’s time to plan activities! Your guests will be little kids running around with unlimited energy, so you’ll want to keep them busy and entertained.

For activities, you can again DIY everything, outsource, or even do a combination of both. You can rent booths that cater to children's parties. For instance, everyone enjoys photo booths and ice cream booths.

If you decide to go DIY, an arts and crafts table is a good low-effort activity. Set up some kiddie-sized tables and chairs, cover them with cartolina or manila paper to protect them, and arrange the arts and crafts supplies of your choice.

It could be as simple as coloring books with coloring materials, or a DIY friendship bracelet station, or you can go the extra mile and set up some "paint your own" kits. To procure materials for this, you can visit Divisoria or order all the necessary supplies online. To make shopping easier, consider purchasing ready-made DIY kits instead of acquiring individual supplies.

And if it suits your fancy, you can also hire additional entertainment, such as clowns, magicians, and other performers that kids will love.

Step 5: Plan the Program

Now that even your activities are secured, all that's left is to plan the program! You can hire a host or ask one of your fun, extroverted family members to do the honors. Party hosts who specialize in kids' parties are also experts at facilitating games, so if you want a lot of games without putting in a lot of effort, hiring hosts is a good solution.

Alternatively, you can also ditch the program and hosts and have the party be a chill gathering!

Additional Party Tips

Want to go the extra mile? Here are a few optional steps to take your little one’s party to the next level:

Pick a Theme

Dolphin theme? Barbie-themed? Let your imagination go wild! Alternatively, ask your child what kind of party they would like to have.

Decide on a Color Palette

Whether you pick a party theme or not, having a color palette for your party is essential. It serves as a guide for your decor and other party elements, making the entire party look put together.

Bonus points if you include KFC colors in your color palette!
