The package inclusions are 1 air-conditioned bedroom, basic sound system, a videoke room, use of the grill area and the kitchen (kitchen wares and utensils not included), and a refrigerator and water dispenser (water is free). Tables and chairs, venue set-up, and decorations are not included. An additional bedroom costs Php2,000 and the corkage fee for catering services sourced from outside is Php5,000.

The Event & Overnight Package for events from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. costs Php25,000. This package includes a maximum of 100 guests during the event proper (until 12 a.m.) and a maximum of 30 guests beyond that time. The package inclusions are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, lights and sounds (during the event proper and with an operator), a videoke room, use of the grill area and kitchen (kitchen wares and utensils not included), and a refrigerator and water dispenser (water is free). Tables and chairs, venue set-up, and decorations are not included. An additional bedroom costs Php2,000 and the corkage fee for catering services sourced from outside is Php5,000. Preparation time for the catering service and photo and video coverage starts at 2 p.m.
