  • Mariel Padilla and Sen. Robinhood Padilla celebrated the two kids’ birthdays this weekend at Kinder City. Evia Lifestyle Center. The eldest, Isabella, turned 6, while Gabriela turned 3.

In an Instagram post, the TV show host and mom shares that it was a last-minute decision she made. “I felt my girls deserved to be celebrated.”

Mariel also wanted to make up for not having grand parties the past few years due to pandemic restrictions. Her youngest, Gabriela, was born around four months before the lockdowns started. She said in her Instagram post, “At first Robin was against it ‘Party na naman,’ he said, but when I reminded him that Gabriela has never had a proper celebration, he was on board.”

The family has always had picture-perfect parties over the years. Gabriela’s monthly milestone celebrations were always colorful and fantastic, too. During the pandemic, they had to make celebrations more intimate but extraordinary, nonetheless.

In a vlog last year, Mariel shared how they spent the weekend in Punta Fuego and held a My Little Pony-themed party. She said she always makes it a point to do everything she can so that the kids feel special on their birthdays.

This year, the joint celeb was filled with dainty details in pink and purple hues. Mariel shares she wouldn’t have been able to pull it all off without the help of her trusted party suppliers. From the venue styling and cakes to the kiddie giveaways, everything was perfect, according to the mom-of-two. The kids’ classmates were the main guests of the Instagram-worthy party.
