Following the phenomenal, viral success of the Kwentong Jollibee Valentine’s Day episodes (“Vow”, “Crush”, and “Date”), Jollibee is set to release a new set of equally-moving videos -- still inspired by true stories -- that revolve around love and the shared joy among family members.
For Mother's Day, a video entitled "Parangal" has just been released on its Facebook page today, May 9. The short film was helmed by multi-awarded filmmaker Pepe Diokno, who also happens to be one of the three viral video directors of the successful Kwentong Jollibee:Valentine series.
“Kwentong Jollibee’s overwhelming success is attributed to the very purpose of the campaign: to share people’s love stories and love in different forms—a topic that’s relatable and close to the hearts of Filipinos,” said Francis Flores, Jollibee Global Brand chief marketing officer and Philippine marketing head. “For the upcoming series, we aim to keep our fans engaged by keeping the kind of story-telling that will creatively capture their continuing love affair with our brand.”
