As Rissa Gimenez, creative director and nutrition designer at a graphic solutions company, explains, “Dark chocolate has the antioxidant flavonoids that protect you from cell-aging free radicals. Plus, it also triggers endorphins. To keep those calories down, make sure you eat those that have at least 70 percent cocoa solids.”
