Start with small pockets of time
It may seem impossible, but you can actually take some time out every day. Find 10 or 15 minutes each day to relax and do nothing from your to-do-list. Take deep breaths, gaze at a view, or write on your journal. Moms, there are may ways you can recharge that don't take much effort or cost anything.
Carve out time for yourself
Take advantage of the help being extended by grandparents or relatives who always want to spoil your child a bit and take some time off. Of course, remember to thank them in ways they will surely appreciate.

Wake up before your baby
It may look like a sacrifice, but starting the day with a good frame of mind and spirit is worth it. This will give you time for meditation, reading, and exercise. Make sure not to compromise sleep by going to bed on time.
Enlist your partner to take over. Do not feel guilty about asking him. Not only will it be beneficial to you as a mom, but it will also help your husband build a closer relationship with your kids. If your kids are old enough to handle household chores, you can also give them tasks or a to-do-list.
