    "Being tired or stressed doesn’t make you a bad mom. It just means you are tired and stressed,” says Santos. “If you’re feeling overwhelmed, check your to-do list. Choose the top three things that will have the most lasting effect. Focus on them, and delegate everything else.” Things will flow more smoothly and you’ll feel relieved to get the weight of the world off your shoulders.
