    But before hitting the sack, take a few minutes for a quick “me-time” to de-stress. Below are some simple yet relaxing activities you can easily incorporate into your nightly routine:

    1. Try aromatherapy

    Essential oils do more than just perfume your home. Through inhalation and topical application, it can also help relieve stress, headaches, and sleep troubles.
