    Oprah Winfrey was on to something when she touted the benefits of a gratitude journal. Writing what you’re thankful for forces you to see the good in every day. You needn’t write an eloquent passage in poetry form. A simple list of life’s little triumphs will do. Reflect on them; celebrate them. This will help you be conscious of the fact that the good can be found in the most unexpected circumstances. It will fill your heart with joy.
