  • Parents, most especially moms, are always worrying whether their  kids are growing enough or growing normally for their age. By age two, the rate of growth decreases and the child builds more muscles. Thus, a healthy child should continue to grow at a steady pace when supported with good nutrition, adequate sleep, and exercise.

In a live session presented by SmartParenting.com.ph, Dr. Jun Dimaano, Jr. and celebrity mom Melissa Ricks join host Riki Flo in answering parents’ most pressing questions about their child’s development. They also gave a reminder about the importance of measuring the growth of their child (in terms of height and weight) at least once a month during the first five years. “These are very important indicators of the health of the child,” Dr. Dimaano shares.
